There has been fantastic fund raising events for Wexford General Hospital over the past couple of months. Our thanks to everyone involved and to those who supported each event.
Evan and Holly Dwyer held a coffee and cake morning at the Southend Resource Centre, Maudlintown, raising a fantastic €127! Well done to you both!!
Our thanks to this fantastic group of women who participated in the Dublin Mini Marathon in June. As each person has been touched in some way by cancer, they decided to fund raise for the Oncology Day Care Unit at Wexford General Hospital and raised a massive €4,000. A big thank you to Gavin Yeung and Peter O Connor from Wexford General Hospital who organised a soccer blitz with teams from WGH at Ferrycarrig park. The soccer blitz along with a raffle they held raised a whopping €2,586.62!!.

A recent bag packing event at Tesco Gorey organised by the Aoife and Aine Memorial Fund raised a fantastic €1,300 towards the purchase of a MRI scanner for WGH.
