The Transition Year students at Loreto Secondary School, Wexford organised the annual ‘Colour Run’ event at their school recently and decided to fundraise for WSPCA and Wexford General Hospital. The students and teachers presented The Friends of Wexford General Hospital with a cheque on 26th May 2023, with each charity receiving €2,500. Our Chairperson, Mary Kerr visited the school to accept the fundraising cheque. On behalf of Friends of Wexford General Hospital, we would like to thank everyone involved. It is heart warming to accept such a generous donation from our young people of Wexford.
